The group has, via the subsidiary Smidesmästaren Fastigheter AB, acquired the property Domherren 21 in Karlskoga with the address Kungsvägen 35.
The house has a long history in Karlskoga and has, among other things, housed Nordea bank. A major rebuild is to be carried out and is expected to be completed by the summer of 2022.
