Property development consists of properties for the group’s internal needs as well as external lending.
Oxelösund
Oxelösundsgösen Fastigheter AB. The Gösen 6 property in Oxelösund was acquired in 2010. There the group’s production of steel components is located, Proplate Oxelösund AB, which was established on the property in 1999.
Karlskoga
Smidesmästaren Fastigheter AB. The property Domherren 21 at Kungsvägen 35 in Karlskoga was acquired in 2021 and is being developed for the group’s operations LPD Office and more.
Karlskoga Däcket 1 AB. The property Däcket 1 at Labinhojdsvägen 5 in Karlskoga was acquired in 2021 and is being developed for an external tenant.
Kumla
Pokerskogen Fastigheter AB. The Norra Mos 1:2 property at Företagsgatan 10 in Kumla was acquired in 2017 and has been developed for the group’s self-storage Storemore Kumla.
Kristinehamn
Lar1 Self Storage AB. The property Norra Höja 3:2 was acquired in 2020 and is being developed for the group’s Self-Storage Storemore Kristinehamn.
